Biography

James Allen is a chartered physiotherapist and has been running the Old Belvedere physiotherapy clinic since 2003. After graduating from physiotherapy in Trinity in 1999 he then went to work in Beaumont Hospital. 

 

Specialising in sports related injuries James has worked with some of Ireland's top sports teams in both rugby and GAA. He is currently senior physiotherapist for the Dublin football team and Old Belvedere RFC. In the past he has also worked with Leinster rugby and the Irish national rugby team.

James has 20 years of experience working with all kinds of clients from high performance athletes to those who play sport socially.
